PILAR is the jacket we dreamed of at Maison Fauve: a nice straight cut, neither too wide nor too short, and topstitched finishes. But we are incorrigible and could not do without signature details for this beautiful pattern: dart work stitched on the front of the jacket and the possibility of sewing a nice back with a box pleat to twist the iconic denim piece or a back without a pleat.
The Pilar pattern grades from 34 to 52. The finished garment measurement chart is available in the product photos.
Sewing level : intermediate, the technical points are assembling the collar, making the pleat, the precision of the darts stitched on the right side of the garment, and topstitching.

- Fabric for a width of 140 cm:
From 34 to 38 : 150 cm
From 40 to 44 : 165 cm
From 46 to 48 : 180 cm
From 50 to 52 : 190 cm
- 11 buttons from 15 to 20 mm (you can choose "real" denim jacket style buttons but also covered buttons, shank buttons, etc.)
- If you use a fabric other than denim, lighter or softer, apply fusible interfacing to 1 collar piece, the facing, the flaps, half of the cuffs, and the waistband (approximately 1m of G700)
